5 ready-to-send emails for onboarding your church pilot group. Fill in the brackets and send.
Hey [First Name],
I want to try something new with our church administration, and I'd love you to be one of the first people to use it.
We're piloting a platform called Soar Management Hub — it brings our member directory, Sunday attendance, and giving tracking all into one place.
Here's what I'm asking:
🔗 Your login: [soar-link]
Email: [their-email] · Password: Church2026!
This is a free pilot — no cost to you or the church. Your honest feedback is what matters most.
Hi [First Name],
Your Soar Management Hub account is live. Three things to do before Sunday:
Step 1 — Log in and update your profile. Change your password and confirm your role.
Step 2 — Check the member directory. I've pre-loaded our active list. Let me know if anything looks wrong.
Step 3 — Test the QR check-in on your phone. Open Check-In on the dashboard and scan the QR with your camera. It should register you instantly.
⏱️ Total time: 10–15 minutes. Hit any snag, reply here and I'll sort it same day.
Hi [First Name],
Just a quick note before tomorrow's service. We'll be using Soar Management Hub check-in live for the first time.
If a scan doesn't work, manual check-in is one tap away — search the member's name in the Members tab.
Any questions? Text me: [Your Phone]
Hey [First Name],
